Creating memories is the inspiration behind new Vanilla Pod Restaurant owners Sheila and Paul Jones. "We believe a memorable occasion goes hand in hand with good food and wine. In a moment, the smell and taste of a wine or the flavours of certain foods will transport you back to that special time and place. Our memories are totally tied to our senses. By offering the perfect pairing of food and wine, we hope your dining experience with us will be one to remember".

Gary Nixdorf's Classic Car Museum houses 35 pastel coloured, fully restored or original classic cars - mostly convertibles and coupes. His Summerland orchard property houses another 50 cars which are rotated through the museum. In all, Nixdorf has 90 cars ranging from a stunning yellow 1941 Plymouth convertible to a 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible.
Nixdorf's real vision is the preservation and sharing of some of the most stylish cars of the golden era of motoring. "These cars are like art," he says. "Anyone can buy a new car. The classics are like fine art sculptures and they still get me excited."
